  • How many dogs do you walk at one time?

    We walk a maximum of four dogs per person, ensuring plenty of care and attention for every pup. Your dog’s safety and happiness always come first!

  • Where do you walk your dogs?

    At Poochy Paws, we take dogs on safe and fun walks through the beautiful greenery of Greenwich Park, where they can enjoy fresh air, open space, and plenty of tail wags!

  • Will my dog be walked off the lead?

    It’s all about what’s best for you and your pup! Most dogs love being off-lead and tend to stick with their new ‘pack.’ If you'd like your dog off-lead, we’ll just need you to sign an off-lead consent form for insurance purposes.

    For the first (or maybe two) walks, we’ll keep your dog on the lead until we’re confident they’re comfortable with us and will come back when called. We only use the safe, enclosed space of Greenwich Park, away from busy roads. If you'd prefer to keep your dog on the lead, that’s perfectly fine too! 🐾😊

  • What will my dog need for daycare or boarding?

    For daycare, your dog won’t need anything unless you’d like us to feed them—if so, please bring their usual food. For overnight boarding, please provide enough of your dog’s regular food for the duration of their stay. We happily accommodate dogs with special dietary needs, including those on raw or prescribed diets.

    Dogs are also welcome to bring a comfy blanket, their favorite toy, or even a comforter—anything that carries the scent of home! It’s all about making sure your pooch feels safe and that home is never too far away. 🐾😊

  • Will you keep me updated during my dog's stay?

    Of course! We love keeping you in the loop. We post daily updates on our Instagram so you can see all the fun your pup is having, (but only if you’d like us to). Don’t worry—dog tags won’t be visible in any of our posts. If you’re not on Instagram, we’re more than happy to send regular updates, pictures, and videos via text or WhatsApp.

    We understand how tough it is to leave your furry friend, whether you're at work or away on holiday, so feel free to text or call us anytime to check in on your pup. 🐾💬

  • Are you insured?

    Yes, we are fully insured! We also hold fully comprehensive vehicle insurance.
